Winter at Punga Cove | Punga Cove is open throughout the year; however, from mid-April
until mid-September we move into winter mode. The Restaurant fire warms the lounge bar and the evening meal is
hearty winter fare. Breakfast - both cooked and continental - and packed lunches available as usual. Boatshed
Cafe/Bar has a 60" TV for sports games.

those wishing to do all of the Track the chance to do so during Furneaux Lodge’s Winter closure - July & August.
Catch the morning water taxi out to Ship Cove and walk to Furneaux’s jetty and be picked up by water taxi then
transferred to Punga Cove for your first night. Next morning walk back to Furneaux Lodge and take the afternoon
water taxi back to Punga Cove for the second night. On day three continue on to Portage Bay. We are offering a
